Pets allowed with certain rules.. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside, owners are responsible for clean up of pet waste. Pets are never to be left alone in the cottage unless kept in a kennel, nor are they to be left tied up outside while owners leave. Other reasonable conditions apply, contact us for complete details All facilities are smoke free and strictly enforced. Minimum stay policy for long weekends e.g. July 1 bookings- August 1 bookings -and Sept 1 bookings must be for three days. Cancellation policy; June 1 to Sept. 30, 72 hour cancellation priviledge. If less than 72 hours,there is a one night charge unless cottage is otherwise rented. Oct. 1 to May 31, For multiple cottage reservations (3 or more) the first night will be charged for cancellation less than 72 hours prior to 6 p.m. the date of expected arrival.
